Innotech Products, Ltd. Organized

     7/22/02 - The Office of the Secretary of State for the State of Ohio announced that Innotech Products, Ltd. was organized today as an Ohio Limited Liability Company.  Innotech is the name of the entity that owns and operates the HeaterMeals brand of products.  Innotech was formed as a result of the purchase of the HeaterMeals company from United Shields in 2003.  Innotech will continue to produce the Flameless Ration Heater (FRH) and HeaterMeals line of products from its Cincinnati, Ohio location.
