To process a return or exchange
We only accept returns/exchanges for orders placed directly with Luxfer Magtech Inc. dba HeaterMeals. Orders must have been made via phone, purchase order or online within 30-days of the request for return/exchange. Refunds or exchanges require a valid receipt or order confirmation from Luxfer Magtech Inc. and product must still be in its original packaging. There is 15% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other online store or retail outlet.
For any freight shipments that are damaged or the packing slip is incorrect, delivery must be refused. Any deliveries that are accepted, customer certifies that order has been correctly shipped in proper condition.

If your return/exchange does not meet these requirements, we cannot guarantee that your return/exchange will be handled in a timely manner, nor can we guarantee that your account will be credited in full and you assume risk of loss and payment of return shipping charges.
