To process a return or exchange
For Health and safety reasons, food products are not returnable for any reason except in cases where Luxfer Magtech, Inc. shipped the incorrect item.
Refunds or exchanges require a valid receipt or order confirmation from Luxfer Magtech Inc. and product must still be in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other online store or retail outlet.
For any freight shipments that are damaged or the packing slip is incorrect, delivery must be refused. Any deliveries that are accepted, customer certifies that order has been correctly shipped in proper condition.

If your return/exchange does not meet these requirements, we cannot guarantee that your return/exchange will be handled in a timely manner, nor can we guarantee that your account will be credited in full and you assume risk of loss and payment of return shipping charges.
